capSpire, a global solutions and consulting organisation for commodity-focused enterprises, has announced the launch of Content Quota Manager, a new ECM tool to help companies manage their content growth. As more and more companies struggle to handle the growth in data and optimising their data processes, the new tool has been designed to provide support for content growth quotas and operational limits.
Limits can be set to ensure that specific governance requirements are met, and content growth quotas that are flexible and powerful can be created to help organisations manage their growth. Administrators are able to specify size structure, whilst users have the power at the fingertips to manage projects effectively and efficiently. Content growth management can be automated; alerts can be set and notifications sent when levels are reached.
Content Quota Manager can be appied to personal workspace volumes and individual containers, such as projects, folders or other containers, where content needs to be monitored and managed.
Ossie Moore, senior consultant at capSpire, said: “capSpire’s Content Quota Manager module gives organisations the ability to govern the size of structures users can perform potentially harmful operations and to better manage growth of content through the use of quotas. Whether large companies are looking to govern the growth of personal workspaces or a specific folder, Content Quota Manager is powerful and flexible enough to meet their needs.”
