DataBank Acquires Imaging Solutions Inc.

This week, Databank IMX, LLC announced their latest acquisition – Imaging Solutions Inc. (ISI).  A leading systems integrator that specialises in imaging, data capture, enterprise content management (ECM) and workflow, ISI have provided a range of world-class business process automation and compliance solutions for firms such as Hyland Software, EMC, Kofax and Nintex.

ISI’s team of analysts, engineers and project managers will now work and collaborate with DataBank’s Software Solutions Group, sharing their broad range of industry knowledge.

DataBank has become a leader in business process automation, including document management and conversion services, data capture and imaging services, vertical end-to-end ECM, as well as enterprise content and workflow software solutions to enterprises that want to improve their business processes.
