Xerox announced this week that Gartner, Inc., has placed them in the Leaders Quadrant of the 2013 Magic Quadrant for Managed Print Services (MPS) Worldwide. Xerox was also named:
• The worldwide market leader in MPS for the 4th consecutive year by analyst research group, Quocirca Ltd.
• As a leader in the IDC MarketScape Worldwide Managed Print and Document Services Hardcopy Vendor Analysis.
• A leader in The Forrester Wave MPS 2012 report.
Xerox has combined technology and document management knowledge and expertise with their business process and IT outsourcing capabilities in order to help clients streamline and simplify the way they work. Mike Feldman, president of Large Enterprise Operations at Xerox said: “As the current worldwide leader for MPS, Xerox is well-positioned to continue its strong hold on the marketplace.”
The Magic Quadrant, developed by Gartner, is a proprietary research tool that provides an insight into a market’s direction, its participants and the maturity of the marketplace. The tool also evaluates the way technology providers are performing against their vision.
Feldman added: “Our MPS framework is based on three important phases: assess and optimise; secure and integrate; automate and simplify. This proven method has worked with thousands of clients because we uniquely deliver value and differentiation in each phase.”
