HP has added to their application portfolio with a new ecosystem that utilises their and their partners’ core strengths that will help enterprises to design, develop and ultimately integrate end-to-end digital engagement solutions with the aim to bridge the gap between enterprises and consumers, as well as supporting businesses to innovate, grow, socialise, engage and differentiate themselves from the competition.
HP, working with ‘best-in-breed’ partners, will form integrated marketing, sales and delivery teams that will offer enterprises a unique blend and range of skills, creating an ecosystem that encompasses a plethora of industry expertise and complex technology. Katherine Garcia, senior vice president of Applications and Business Services at HP, explained: “Through the ecosystem, we are helping our clients improve their customers’ experience by bringing key agencies across different industries together to offer a one-stop-shop for designing, developing and deploying applications.”
The portfolio of partners will offer integrated solutions globally, using their own and HP’s products and services, to aid the building of user-centric applications and complex back-end systems that will ultimately improve the customer experience.
A partner, Critical Mass, will offer their knowledge in balancing technology demand with business environments in order to meet customer expectations. Other partners include Cynergy, who focus on complex problem solving within digital strategies, development and delivery of the digital experience; DigitasLBi, who skilfully blend strategy, creativity and technology to reduce the gap between traditional IT silos and marketing; Organic, who use technology to create connections between business results and the behaviour of consumers; and projekt202, who help enterprises to change the way consumers interact with technology worldwide.
HP’s idea is to provide a central resource for their customers, to provide enterprises with a tailored, bespoke design, development and deployed solution for end-to-end application engagement solutions. For enterprises to stay ahead of their competition, and to help them understand their marketplace and meet demand, as well as addressing and managing the essential mobility in the workplace, they are realising that they have to engage with their customers on new, higher levels that utilise today’s ever-changing technological advances. However, many organisations are at a loss not only from where to start the process, but are not aware of the technology that is available to help them achieve this aim; and it is difficult to find the information they seek in one central location. By partnering with core companies that offer a wide range of skills, knowledge, capabilities, resources, solutions, hardware and software – which is a breath of fresh air! – HP may well have just jumped ahead of their competitors.
