Andy Jones is part of the Large Enterprise Operations (LEO) Global Senior Leadership Team which is responsible for Xerox’s Worldwide Document Outsourcing business
Andy has worldwide responsibility for the Xerox Workflow Automation business which delivers technology based services enabling customers to transform paper based business processes into new, more efficient digital ways of working. Workflow Automation leverages many technologies including imaging, recognition, content management and workflow management software available either on-premise or via cloud and across multiple platforms from multi-functional office devices through to tablets and smart phones.
Prior to Xerox his career included founding a design consultancy group, heavily involved in the introduction of computer aided design to many engineering companies. He was part of a start-up management team of a document management technology business focused on imaging and document management systems for technical and engineering companies after which he joined Xerox to establish their document management systems integration business in Europe.
