Neocol has announced the launch of a new cloud-based enterprise content management (ECM) platform based on ECM technology from IBM. SmarterECM.com™ has been designed to provide enterprise content management capabilities at reduced software deployment costs. Meeting the demand for cloud-based ECM technology, the new solution doesn’t need any extra hardware, licences, installation costs or maintenance, making the solution accessible for SMEs.
Neocol are offering four editions: Professional, Corporate, Enterprise and Ultimate that will include basic document management, storage, auto backup, disaster recovery and a range of search features, as well as comprehensive document security. Neocol will be offering Smarter ECM.com templates for HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Sales departments, and some editions will also provide mobile access and advanced search capabilities to ad-hoc workflow and case management files.
