Leaders in enterprise information management (EIM), OpenText have announced the launch of their Experience Suite that helps organisations to design, develop and deploy omni-channel experiences to drive interactions with customers, at any time and on any device. With an integrated suite of products via one platform, Experience Suite is able to manage web, media, social and interactive content , delivering a consistent user experience and allowing an organisation to continue to abide by their regulatory and information governance requirements.
The Experience Suite platform, integrated with OpenText’s ECM capabilities, enables the creation and management of web, media, social, documents and other digital aspects for customers, providing seamless information flows. The platform includes a Web Experience Management (WEM) system, a portal to improve customer engagement, control of rich media across multi-channel platforms, an automated, rules-based customer communication experience, an AppWorks Gateway to build managed EIM applications, and an eCommerce framework.
Muhi Majzoub, senior vice president of engineering at OpenText, explains: “The Experience Suite is unique in its ability to accommodate a wide variety of development styles, including packaged applications, application assembly and configuration with pre-built components, model-driven development with process and case modellers, and code-level development APIs, tools and resoruces.”
He added: “Combining OpenText’s ability to create and curate content with our B2B targeting and personalisation platform allows corporations to deliver targeted experiences across the entire buying cycle starting with the first visit.”
