At ZONE SE7EN, we are delighted to not only launch our forthcoming 2014 Event Calendar, but we are also excited to announce our new partnership with Quocirca, a leading independent analyst firm that offers strategic consulting, research and analysis on the technology impact on businesses and consumers.

Our 2014 Event Calendar incorporates a series of informative, inspiring, knowledgeable Executive Interviews and Roundtables with thought-leaders within the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Document Management (DM) industry.

The first event in February/March 2014 focuses on Imaging and Printing, which will be broken down into two principal aspects – Managed Print Services (MPS) and Document Imaging.   ZONE SE7EN’s Executive Interview and Roundtable will be focusing on the document management lifecycle, the advantages and disadvantages of mobile/social collaboration, potential cost savings and increased productivity, protecting and securing your content, analysing content management systems, the capture, management, storage and archiving of content, multifunctional printers and copiers (MFPs), and much more.

In addition, we are very pleased to report that Quocirca’s highly respected analyst, Louella Fernandes, will be giving ZONE SE7EN an exclusive interview and revealing her ‘top 10’ tips when implementing an MPS solution!

In April 2014, we will be looking at content management security including encryption and user access, mobile devices and BYOD, governance of stored data and regulatory requirements, as well as potential threats and data breaches, internally and externally.

May 2014 sees ZONE SE7EN highlighting Mobile and Sharing; the growing trend of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), securing and sharing content and applications, and the benefits of a Mobile Device Management (MDM) plan.

To follow will be The Cloud in June 2014 including deployment methods, infrastructure and scalability; Web and Online in July 2014 incorporating the security and maintenance of online content, compliance regarding social media and blogs, and compliance; File and Archive in August 2014 focusing on data retention policies, back-up storage and archiving, auditing and data destruction; and finally eDiscovery highlighting regulatory compliance, Electronically Stored Information (ECM) and eDiscovery requirements when it comes to the litigation process.
