A leader in Identity Defined Security (IDS), Ping Identity, has announced that their solution to transition from legacy web access management (WAM), PingAccess, is gaining momentum as more customers adopt the technology. PingAccess connects users, partners and applications across web, mobile and API architectures.
PingAccess has been developed to meet the challenges of transitioning legacy solutions to new web access management platforms. The solution has been built on open identity standards, e.g. OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect, and can be deployed quickly to allow web access control, API security, single sign-on and dynamic session management.
Ping Identity’s IDS platform offers workforce, customer and partner solutions that secures identity access control, configuration management and identity administration. PingAccess is in demand from a number of industries including finance, telecom, healthcare and transportation.
Andre Durand, CEO and Founder, Ping Identity, said: “We’ve entered a time of digital transformation where everyone is connected. We believe identity is at the core of securing this modern, hyper-distributed enterprise.” He added: “We’re excited by the acceptance of PingAccess and our commitment to innovation has never been stronger. As legacy web access management products fail to meet the needs of the new cloud and mobile first architectures, we will continue to push the boundaries of Identity Defined Security to enable dynamic access control for increased security and business agility.”
