SimpleECM Simplifies CRM Workflows with a Salesforce API

Provider of innovative mobile capture and productivity solutions, Document Capture Technologies (DCT), has announced the availability of their Salesforce API that is now available within their SimpleECM API platform.  The new API delivers the ability to integrate ECM (enterprise content management) services, workflow logic and capture solutions with Salesforce.com, the on-demand CRM (customer relationship management) service.

The latest addition to DCT’s range of business applications and document management services for building productivity enhancing workflows, the SimpleECM Salesforce API delivers an easier and quicker way to integrate data from documents into your Salesforce workflows in order to create, retrieve, update or delete CRM records.

Karl Etzel, CEO and President at DCT, said: “Automating common business processes, such as adding contacts or business documents to account records in a CRM system can make small and medium businesses more efficient and productive.  Our new API makes it easy to integrate Salesforce into document workflows in a web or mobile environment to speed time-to-market for SaaS integration initiatives.”
