Market leaders in identity and access management solutions, Tools4ever, has announced that they can now connect Smartsheet, the leading online project management software, with its UMRA (User Management Resource Administrator). SaaS provider, Smartsheet, offers enterprise-ready project management and collaboration cloud apps from which users are able to track and manage a wide range of tasks including customer information, team projects, sales pipelines, team projects, business processes and event schedules.
The new Tools4ever connector enables customers to sync Active Directory users with Smartsheet, directly, via Tools4ever’s identity management solution, UMRA. System administrators are then able to automate tasks performed in Smartsheet quickly and easily, including creating and deleting users, finding user accounts and transferring ownership where necessary. Administrators are also able to make changes in Active Directory accounts, which are subsequently synchronised automatically in Smartsheet, reducing the amount of time they spend on account management, as well as decreasing the manual processes required to create, change and disable within multiple systems.
