Xerox DocuShare’s enterprise content management solution has been expanded to help employees manage and access their content, no matter where they are located.
Xerox ConnectKay for DocuShare is a one-step scan-to-workflow offering that makes the process of adding content in hard copy format into enterprise document workflows. The new solution allows users to scan documents directly into a DocuShare collection or Windows folder using a Xerox ConnectKey or Xerox Enabled Interface platform-enabled MFP (multi-function printer). Entire business workflows can be developed, which users are able to share with teams or with the whole organisation.
DocuShare Mobile can be used by employees to access, search, view, share and download documents that are stored in DocuShare directly from their mobile devices, thereby improving efficiency. In addition to this, Xerox is continuing to improve and expand DocuShare’s cloud content management solution to offer an improved hosted environment that is secure. Organisations are able to capture, manage, process and share documents quickly and easily via Xerox’s secure cloud infrastructure.
