InfoTrends has just named Xerox as a Leader in Managed Print Services (MPS) in their latest Managed IT Infrastructure: Managed Print Services Report for delivering a broad range of different offerings in the MPS marketplace.
Mike Feldman, President, Large Enterprise Operations at Xerox, said: “Our leadership position demonstrates the value that our Next Generation MPS offerings bring to the marketplace in terms of workflow automation, security, mobility and sustainability.” He added: “Our capabilities bridge the paper and digital worlds so businesses can maximise their content and data in the most productive ways.”
There are three stages to Xerox’s Next Generation MPS program – assess and optimise; secure and integrate; automate and simplify. Each stage helps businesses to work smarter, connect with clients quickly, improve productivity and increase results by managing the document lifecycle so customers are able to clearly focus on the core business.
InfoTrends explained their decision to name Xerox as a Leader: “Xerox is the leading MPS vendor for having the most broadly differentiated MPS offerings in the market. It has an established MPS programme with a particularly diverse customer base across different business sizes and industries. The company has continued to be forward looking in the MPS space and is simplifying MPS by automating much of the monitoring and reporting functions.”
The report also noted that partnerships with Hyland Software and Datawatch help to differentiate Xerox’s MPS solutions, and how Xerox’s CompleteView Pro is able to dashboard the print environment, supporting document analytics services and workflow.
