Xerox has retained the top spot in worldwide managed print services (MPS), according the Quocirca’s latest market landscape report, marking the 6th year of Xerox’s top rating.
Through Xerox’s managed print services, businesses are able to optimise their printing infrastructure with MPS, streamline business and communication processes, and outsource print management, leading to reduced costs and operational efficiency by as much as 30%.
Quocirca’s report, a vendor analysis of the global MPS enterprise market, states that Xerox’s “broad and mature MPS portfolio” as well as the company’s ability to consistently enhance their service offering across printing business process services (BPS) and production printing is testament to Xerox’s leadership in the marketplace.

As many as 7 in 10 (72%) of respondents indicated that they currently have some form of paper-free processes in place, citing MPS as the driver of their paper to digital transformation.
